First Look
AOA Decals has returned with another set of high visibility airframe stencils used on the Skyhawk during the Vietnam era. This set is tailored for the Trumpeter A-4E/F and A-4M kits.
The instructions walk you through the differences in stenciling with a seletion of different marking styles and even the odd-shaped national marking that goes over the air refueling probe on the starboard side nose.
These decals are printed by Cartograf and feature nicely legible stencils and the variations of markings that have appeared in the life of the aircraft. This set will work on the Trumpeter releases though you can adapt them to work with the Hasegawa kit if you wish. This set is included with the Skyhawk in Combat sets 32010 and 32011, but you can one or more copies of this set to render more versions of the aircraft out of either decal feature set.

My sincere thanks to AOA Decals for this review sample!
