Italeri kit No. 199 EB-66E-DL 1/72 scale. After market parts: Hasegawa ground cart and crew member; Master Model refueling probe mounted to brass tubing. This model was a group build project and built out of the box with considerable scratch building in cockpit, crew access, engine intakes, antennas, and nacelles. Canopy was vacu-formed. Leading edge slats were removed and positioned. When posted on line the B-66 Destroyer Association contacted me and asked if I would do some more of them for their organization. I donated the kit to their group so they could use it as a fund raiser. Aircraft is mounted on foam base with poster board top finished as tarmac.
