Italeri kit No. 6441 LCVP 1/35 scale. After market parts: Eduard photo etch set 35791; U-Models LCVP Detail Set UM-035; Master Model .030 barrels; custom dry transfers from Archer Fine Transfers; custom masks from Gators Mask. This is a tribute build to my wife's uncle, Robert Bashline, Motor Machinist Mate 2nd Class, assigned to USS Geneva, APA-86, Boat 4. Photos taken by Mr. Bashline were used to detail the model. The model was painted with matching White Ensign Models Color Coats paint. The model is mounted on a cherry base laser engraved with a tribute to Mr. Bashline.
