Kit by Dimensional Designs Outer Limits Series - Chill Charlie from the episode The Human Factor Scale 1/6? - Built out of the box. At an isolated military installation in Greenland, Major Brothers (Harry Guardino) has allowed one of his men to die after falling in a crevasse. Used my vision of a iced character with a bluish haze and dirt stained from falling into a crevasse.
