Okay, this is all Stephen Sutton's fault. Several of us show off our latest gadgets and every now and then this will lead one or more of us to follow that example. In this case, Stephen found out about a nice paint rack made from clear acrylic that could hold a bunch of paint bottles in a very small space. When I saw the email of Stephen's purchase, I followed the link to Table Top Gaming Bunker's online store.
Table Top Gaming Bunker produces several different types of paint shelf units but the one that caught my eye (and Stephen's) was their Dropper Bottle Paint Shelf. This unit is made to order (so allow 6-8 weeks for delivery) and measures 18 inches (45.7 cm) by 18 inches by 2 inches (5.1 cm) deep. The unit has 15 shelves equally spaced and optimized for dropper styled paint bottles like those used by Vallejo. In fact, one unit will hold 270 bottles of Vallejo as you can see in my paint unit in the images here.
The unit has two holes with slots for hanging the unit on the wall (the holes are on the third shelf in the image below) and mounting this unit was uneventful. You can see that I've loaded mine up with my Vallejo bottles and eliminated the previous storage scheme that took up too much space.
The company has another wall-mounted unit slightly larger with six shelves for those that need other wall-mounted storage options at the same price. Take a look at these and some of their benchtop storage options and clean up your workspace. You can see these at Table Top Gaming Bunker's website.
This shelf is definitely recommended!
