Aero Research has released their latest photo reference CD, this covering the unlimited air racers. Here is another nice batch of high-resolution photos of a nice variety of racers as they appeared each year from 1986 through 1996.
Once again I used my image browser to scan through the aircraft on the disc and I was quite impressed with the selection of aircraft. Some of the aircraft types covered include:
- F2G Corsair
- F7F Tigercat
- F8F Bearcat
- FM Wildcat
- P-38 Lightning
- P-51 Mustang
- Sea Fury
- Yak-3
- Yak-9
- Yak-11
For the modeler, you'll see lots of good details and color information for replicating warbird racers for a change of pace. For the enthusiast and modeler alike, you can browse through a nice variety of high-resolution images of some very nice aircraft!
This is a nice selection of imagery that you won't find available in such clarity and size. This title is recommended!
