Aero Research is back with the first full-coverage of the Grumman E-2 Hawkeye and its cousin, the C-2 Greyhound. As with other titles from Aero Research, this release has a terrific selection of photos spanning from 1960s through 2009. You'll find numerous examples of the E-2A, E-2B, E-2C, and even Hawkeye 2000. Also provided are 16 photos of the Greyhound spanning the same timeframe.
In addition to the variety of Hawkeye variants, this photo CD also has a great cross-section of squadron colors on these aircraft including VAW-78, VAW-83, VAW-88, VAW-110, VAW-111, VAW-112, VAW-113, VAW-114, VAW-115, VAW-116, VAW-117, VAW-120, VAW-121, VAW-122, VAW-123, VAW-124, VAW-125, VAW-126, VAW-127, VRC-30, VRC-40, and VRC-50.
For the tail spotter, you'll see these aircraft from a variety of time periods to that you'll get representative configurations of the airframe during different phases of its operational life. You'll also be able to see the aircraft in a variety of color schemes. For the modeler, you'll see lots of good details and color information for tackling that next project.
This is a nice selection of imagery that you won't find available in such clarity and size. This title is recommended!
