First Look
Werner's Wings has an ever-growing line of detail sets, conversions, and decals focused on the helicopter modeler who wants to take their projects to the next level. At the 2015 IPMS/USA National Convention, owner Floyd Werner was showing off some exciting new products as well as prototypes for products coming in our future. Here is one of their latest releases.
Here is a figure that will work with your favorite 1/35 scale Vietnam-era helicopter. The figure is case in tan resin and provided as three parts. The completed figure only needs your choice of head (one uncovered, the other wearing a traditional cavalry hat) and attach the Colt .45 sidearm. The details are nicely cast and will make painting and detailing easy.
This figure will look great next to the DML 1/35 OH-6A Cayuse or one of MRC's 1/35 UH-1 Huey kits. Check this set out as well as the other great scale helicopter offerings from Werner's Wings.
