First Look
videoaviation.com is back with another new kit, this time, the figure of a USAF crew chief marshalling in 1/32 scale. This kit is molded in tan resin and presented in four parts. This kit represents a typical flightline crewman wearing a contemporary BDU-styled uniform and tactical boots. The figure is also wearing the reflective safety vest and ear protection. This figure would be ideal on the flightline or in the arming pit signaling the pilot to stop/brake.
This is a simple resin kit which will go together quickly, and you will spend more time painting the figure than building it. This figure would be ideal for contemporary dioramas or vignettes with modern USAF subjects. I hope videoaviation.com will consider doing the same figure wearing the 1980s-styled fatigues and no safety vest to work with aircraft subjects of that era.
You can find out more about this kit and their other upcoming offerings here: videoaviation.com.
My sincere thanks to videoaviation.com for this review sample!
