First Look

videoaviation.com is back with another nice figure set release. This set features a pair of figures depicting US Navy land-based flightline crewman. This set compliments the growing range of flightline and flight deck figures and fixtures being produced by videoaviation.com to turn your static model into a nice vignette or diorama story.

US Navy Flightline Crew Chief

This set is cast in tan resin and consists of five parts. One figure is a single-piece posed in parade rest waiting for his next task. The other figure is posed at attention with salute which is typical of for an aircraft leaving the chocks and having the pilot return the salute. The figures are wearing coveralls and reflective safety gear typical of shore bases and are not wearing the right safety gear and vests used on aircraft carrier flight decks. These two figures would be ideal for your adversary F-5E or F/A-18 Hornet leaving the chocks at NAS Fallon (for example).

These are nicely cast figures that will look great posed with your next modern US Navy fighter project. You can find out more about this set and their other upcoming offerings here: videoaviation.com.

My sincere thanks to videoaviation.com for this review sample!
