Two years ago, Moebius Models released their 53 foot trailer kit ( look here) which provided a nicely detailed compliment to their International (Navistar) Prostar tractor kit. Moebius has released another trailer for your favorite tractor. This is a Great Dane 53' smooth side trailer that has some nice options. Let's take a look:
The kit is molded in white styrene and presented seven parts trees plus the four sides of the trailer, two trees of chrome plated parts, one tree of clear parts, and one set of rubber (vinyl) tires. Look at that molding! Those four 53' sections are single pieces where other trailer kits break those lengths into halves. Moebius Models has some impressive molding resources available!

- Choice of barn door or roll-up cargo doors

While this kit may not look complex, you'll be impressed by the sheer weight of this plastic in the box. This is going to build up into a beautiful trailer for display on its own or hooked up to a tractor like the Prostar. The blank sides provide a nice canvas for any number of subjects or to leave blank like many road trailers these days. In any case, this is another nice kit from Moebius Models!
