First Look
True Details is one of many brand names produced and sold by Squadron Mail Order. In this release, we have a very nicely cast detail set to add the port cannon bay located in the forward fuselage of the F-104 Starfighter. This set is designed for the Hasegawa 1/32 F-104C or F-104G kits but may work with the recent Italeri kit as well.
This set includes the the rear gun bay access panel and the gun breech and drive motor for the M61 Vulcan. You can use the kits barrels or go with one of the aftermarket brass barrel sets that are also produced for these kits. This set provides you with your choice of exposed breech/drive assembly or one that has the thermal cover in place.
