First Look
ResKit from Ukraine produces a nice array of resin detail sets for a variety of popular subjects and scales. This set is a resin wheel set for the Monogram or Trumpeter F-100 Super Sabre kits in 1/48 scale. Molded in gray resin, this set provides the main tires with separate brake hub inserts, nosewheels. and the distinctive brackets over the brakes replicated in photo-etch. You'll need to open up the center hole of each wheel hub to fit your kit's landing gear strut axles.
The casting of these wheels is very sharp and provide nice details in the hubs and treads. This set will enhance your model at a reasonable price. Whether you're building the F-100C, F-100D, or F-100F models, this set will had that additional visual detail to your landing gear.
