Resin 2 Detail has released this nice set of replacement .50 caliber machine gun barrels for your favorite 1/72 B-17 Flying Fortress kit.
This set consists of eleven standard barrels with cooling holes and bead sights beautifully cast in gray resin plus two additional barrels with the distinctive flash suppressors/deflectors found on the B-17G chin turret. If you're building up a contest candidate, why settle for the standard plastic rods provided in the kit as gun barrels where these will add visual details (especially with proper paint and weathering) to make your masterpiece stand out from the crowd.
If you want to enhance the gun barrels in your kit (or perhaps replace those barrels that have broken off), this set is just what you're looking for.
