First Look
Pavla produces a wide range of detail sets for a variety of modeling subjects, primarily in 1/72 scale. This release is targeted for the Airfix or Heller 1/72 Alpha Jet E kits. Both of these kits are the same tooling in different boxes. This release replaces the Spartan cockpit of the stock kit with some nicely cast and detailed resin parts.
Pavla provides an eye-catching cockpit including new front and rear cockpit tubs, nicely detailed MB Mk.10 ejection seats, really nice instrument panel clusters. Parts are included to render the trainer E or CAS A-model Alpha Jets. With some careful painting and detailing, you'll have a nice cockpit to display with that canopy open. To help with the canopy, the thicker kit part is replaced here with a vacuformed replacement.
If you want to update your classic Airfix/Heller kit, Pavla has the parts to get the job done!
