Syh@art Decals is an interesting aftermarket decal producer from France that specializes in those special paint schemes worn by NATO aircraft for Tiger Meet, Anniversary, or special Airshow duties. Most of their decal line is produced in 1/48 and 1/72 scale with selected subjects in 1/32 scale also covered.
In this release, we have F-16AM FA-68 from 350 Squadron of the Belgian Air Force wearing special anniversary markings. This scheme commemorates the 70th anniverary of 350 Squadron with the special logo on the port side of the vertical stabilizer and a listing of the squadron's key historical highlights on the starboard side. With the exception of the black tail and ventral fins (with red highlights), the aircraft wears standard Viper tri-color gray camouflage. This set includes two sets of airframe stencils from a another release as well as some standard markings worn by line aircraft, so you'll want to keep these extras for a future project. This set is rendered on three decal sheets.
Whether you're backdating the Tamiya or Academy F-16C kits to the Block 15 MLU configuration and the parabrake housing in the base of the vertical stabilizer, or updating the Hasegawa F-16A kit, this is the set you've been waiting for. Definitely recommended!
