Starfighter Decals has released this nice decal set for any of the Revell 1/540 USS Essex-class angle-deck kits.
This decal set provides markings for the following marking configurations:
- USS Hornet CVS 12, 1968-71
- USS Wasp CVS 18, 1960s
- USS Randolph CVS 15, 1960s
- USS Bennington CVS 20, 1964-70
- USS Essex CVS-9
- USS Yorktown CVS 10, 1959-61
This is a really nice update for this kit and the instructions point out other aftermarket resources which can help to further detail and tailor your subject.
