First Look
Starfighter Decals has released this interesting decal set for Operation Leader - the USS Ranger's air group that took part in German air and naval interdiction near Bodo, Norway on 3-4 October 1943. This action resulted in the first U.S. Navy kills of German aircraft, in addition to the damage inflicted on the German Navy.
This set has the following decal subjects:

- SBD-5, 28731, 5, VB-41, USS Ranger, Oct 1943, Operation Leader
- TBM-1, 06032, 4, VT-41, USS Ranger, Oct 1943, Operation Leader
