First Look
There is a small decal company out of Portugal who is turning out some unique aircraft from none other than the Portuguese Air Force (FAP). Santa Cruz Modelismo is one of the lesser known (at least in the US) decal manufacturer lines carried by FlightDecs of Canada. The subjects presented in this interesting line-up range from the FAP's T-6 Texans to their F-16A Fighting Falcon and of course include the colorful commemorative G.91 Ginas!
In this set, Santa Cruz presents an interesting white T-33A Shooting Star #1930 that carries commemorative markings for 65,000 flight hours over 38 years of operations. The aircraft carries a red/white/blue scheme on the vertical stab, right wing and left horizontal stab.
The instructions include four-views of each aircraft with nice color references and corresponding FS595 colors where needed.
