Platz Hobby produces a wide range of kits, decals, and detail sets for the hobby market and are wanting to make their presence better known outside the Japanese market. You might want to take note as if this is an example of their work, you're going to want to procure some of these various products of interest.
In this release, we have a VERY thorough decal set for an F-2B (super-sized F-16D) celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Japanese Air Self Defense Force (JASDF). This set is targeted for the Hasegawa 1/48 F-2B kit which is one of Hasegawa's nicer toolings.
The set provides an extensive set of airframe stenciling as well as national and distintive airframe markings. The printing is quite nicely done and in perfect register.
This is a colorful scheme that will definitely be an eye-catcher at the next hobby contest.
