First Look
Lifelike Decals from Japan turns out some colorful and nicely printed subjects. In this set, we have five distinctive Ki-100s providing a nice cross-section of fighter groups. The aircraft presented here are:
- Ki-100 Otsu, 5th Sentai, 1st Chutai, Kiyosu AB, 1945, as flown by Capt. Totaro Ito
- Ki-100 Otsu, 2nd Daitai, 111th Sentai, Akeno AB, 1945, as flown by Major Yohei Hinoki
- Ki-100 Kou, 59th Sentai, 3rd Chutai, Ashiya AB, 1945
- Ki-100 Kou, 1st Daitai, 111th Sentai, Akeno AB, 1945
- Ki-100 Otsu, 244th Sentai, Chofu AB, 1945, as flown by Major Teruhiko Kobayashi
As you can see in the decal images and profiles, this set provides some distinctive color schemes. This set was designed for virtually any of the 1/72 Spitfire Mk.Vb kits.
