Lifelike Decals from Japan turns out some colorful and nicely printed subjects. In this set, we have four distinctive Bf 109s providing a nice cross-section of variants, theaters, and camouflage. The four aircraft presented here are:
- Bf 109G-6, W.Nr. unk, White 1, 7./JG 52, Hungary/Vezpram, March 1945, as flown by Uffz. Anton Kellmayer
- Bf 109E-1, W.Nr. unk, Black 13, 2./JG 77, France/Marquise AB, Summer 1940
- Bf 109F-2, W.Nr. unk, White 9, 4./JG 54, Russia/Starajs AB, October 1941, as flown by Oblt. Hans Philipp
- Bf 109G-6/R2, W.Nr. unk, White 15, 1./JG 300, Germany/Bad Worishafen, July 1944, as flown by Fhj-Uffz. Otto Leisner
As you can see in the decal images and profiles, this set provides some distinctive color schemes. This set was designed for the Academy Me 109E/G, Finemolds Me 109G, Revell Me 109G-10, or Tamiya Me 109E.
You can purchase these decals directly from Lifelike Decals. My sincere thanks to Lifelike Decals for this review sample!
