First Look
Lifelike Decals from Japan turns out some colorful and nicely printed subjects. In this set, we have five distinctive Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate (Frank) fighters that will definitely compliment either the Hasegawa or Tamiya 1/48 Ki-84 kits.
This decal set provides markings for five aircraft:
- Ki-84, 1st OFTU, 2nd Lt. Kurai, Sagami AB, Dec 1944
- Ki-84, 1st Chutai/25th Sentai, 2nd Lt. Kanai, Kyongsong, Korea, 1945
- Ki-84, 104th Sentai, Xinjin, China, Aug 1945
- Ki-84, 21st Hikoudan, Lt.Col. Yoshioko (Cdr), Dec 1944
- Ki-84, 102nd Sentai, Miyakonojo Mishi AB, May 1945
As you can see in the decal image and profile, this set provides five distinctive color schemes and a variety of unit markings. If you want to dress up the Tamiya or Hasegawa kits, this is the set you've been waiting for. Now if only Lifelike will only release this set in 1/32 scale for the Hasegawa 1/32 Ki-84...
