Liveries Unlimited produces a wide range of unique airliner liveries and currently sells them under the fündekals banner. This release is one of two sets produced for the Zvezda 1/144 Il-62 kit, this release providing a range of schemes from 1973 and later. What you receive is the decal set in a protective pouch and the instructions can be downloaded from either the HobbyZone USA or fündekals website.
