First Look
FCM Decals has an interesting line of aftermarket decals from Brazil. The subjects covered in this line include many Brazilian civil and military aircraft subjects, WWI aircraft, and the occasional look at the aircraft of other nations as well. In this release, we have a number of different EMB-314 Super Tucano examples designed for the Hobby Boss kit. The subjects included in this set include:
- A-29B, 2°/5° G.Av., Foraleza, Brasil, 2007
- A-29A, 3°/3° G.Av., Foraleza, Brasil, 2010
- EMB-314, Base Aerienne 511, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, 2013
- EMB-314, Escuadron de Combate 'Dragones', San Isidro AFB, Dominican Republic, 2013
- EMB-314, Squadron 21, Abdulrachman Saleh AFB, Indonesia, 2013
- EMB-314, Nouakchott, Maruitania, 2013
The printing on this sheet is nicely done, and printed by Microscale. There are sufficient stencils on this sheet for one aircraft. In addition, one set of masks are provided to allow for painting of select national markings and stencils in place of decals.
These decals are available online through FlightDecs or directly from the manufacturer.
