First Look

Bullseye Model Aviation is back with an interesting selection of F-15C Eagles from Operation Desert Storm (ODS). The subtitle says "When Eagles Fly, MiGs Die" which was true for USAF Eagles as ODS was their first full-blown baptism of fire. The F-15 Eagle had previously seen combat with the Israeli Air Force which scored such a high kill ratio, the F-15 was dubbed "the largest distributor of MiG parts in the world." During ODS, not only did they scatter MiG parts across the desert, they took out a number of Mirage F1s as well.

You can see this set is full of the distinctive markings to recreate all of the subjects above along with a nice set of airframe stencils for three models. This set is designed for the Great Wall F-15C kit though this will work with other 1/48 F-15C kits as well.

These decals are sold exclusively by Sprue Brothers.

My sincere thanks to Bullseye Model Aviation for this review sample!
