First Look
Bingo Decals has returned with its second release for the Kinetic 1/48 E-2C Hawkeye kit ( look here). If you recall our comments on the first release ( look here), Bingo Decals has definitely stepped up with some major improvements in this release. This set covers examples from the VAW-110 Firebirds and VAW-113 Black Eagles.
Markings are provided for six different airframes (five actually, one VAW-110 airframe shows up later in VAW-113 as a Hawkeye 2000). This set is printed by Microscale. Three sheets of color-printed instructions are provided to show decal placement and color schemes for each of these aircraft.
The six (five) aircraft presented in this decal set are:
