First Look
BarracudaCals has released a nice utility decal sheet that will work with any 1/72 later version Spitfire kit. This set provides two complete sets of the standard airframe stenciling for warnings, walkways, and maintenance points. Printed by Cartograf, these markings are on thin clear carriers that will lay down on the surfaces of your next Spitfire project nicely.
The instructions provide good placement information and indicate which decal options are relevant for specific versions, where applicable.
Whether you're building the Spitfire Mk.VII through Mk.24 or Seafire Mk.XV through Mk.47 in 1/72 scale, this set will enhance the visual details of your model. If you're building the earier versions of the Spitfire or Seafire, BarracudaCals has a stencil set designed for them as well on their website.
