First Look
Eduard produces a wide variety of aftermarket detail sets and decals, as well as full kits. Another useful item in the Eduard line-up are their paint masks made from the very flexible and easy to use yellow tape. These masks are die-cut and ready to work on your project.
In this set, Eduard has produced a mask set designed to replicate Spitfire Camo Pattern B that was applied to the production Spitfire Mk.I airframes out of the factory with odd-ending serial numbers before the RAF standardized on camo pattern A. This set was designed to fit the Airfix 1/48 Spitfire Mk.I kit.
This set will definitely speed up your painting as well as provide crisp lines on your early RAF camouflage pattern.
My sincere thanks to Eduard for this review sample!
