First Look
Atlantis Model Company is a relatively new company that has come on the scene producing a combination of kits ranging from classics to new-tool subjects. In this release, we have the ultimate simple kit representing the TR-3E UFO.
The kit is molded in white styrene and comes out of the box with the two hull halves fitted together. Add a little liquid cement to that seam, and the three landing gear legs, and the kit is assembled. The instructions profide recommended painting colors for the project, but I think you could have a little fun with some creative colors on this project. The instructions show that with some minor work, you could also add lighting to this model and really have an eye-catcher on the shelf.
This is a nice new-tool model that will provide some fun and creative possibilities for the modeler looking for a fun weekend project.
