Royale Resin produces a wide range of resin detail sets which specialize in resin weighted wheels for a wide variety subjects. In addition to their wheel options, Royale Resin also produces some interesting other kit enhancements. This is one is no exception.
This release is targeted for any of the ESCI/ERTL releases of the S-3 Viking (also reissued by Italeri). This set provides resin-cast weighted wheels with nice detailing.
The bulges at the flattened portions of the tires will need to be filed down a bit as these high pressure tires didn't bulge much under weight and if they did, it was time they were replaced. Nevertheless, these wheels will dress up any of the Viking releases and reissues including the S-3A, S-3B, ES-3A, and US-3A.
If there is a Viking project coming up in your future, then you'll want to get one of these to help your project along.
