Pavla produces an interesting line of detail sets for a variety of subjects, each one designed to enhance a particular aspect of a given kit. In this set, Pavla offers another update to the HobbyBoss 1/72 Westland Lynx HAS.2 kit.
This set essentially replaces the kit's main landing gear sponsons as well as all four wheels/tires. This set corrects some of the details in the stock Hobby Boss kit should you want the French Navy configuration, while Pavla has also released a second set with the British sponsons for the HAS.2 also reviewed here on Cybermodeler Online.
This is a very nice detail set for the HobbyBoss kit and given the various other enhancements Pavla has released for this kit including new rotor blades, I'd say that aside from the airframe and clear parts, you won't need much of anything else out of the stock kit and you should have a seriously detailed Lynx when you're finished!
