Pavla produces an interesting line of detail sets for a variety of subjects, each one designed to enhance a particular aspect of a given kit. In this set, Pavla offers a nice update for Airfix's 1/72 Canberra PR.9.
This set completely overhauls the spartan cockpit in the kit. The set starts with a new drop-in cockpit tub the features the pilots cockpit as well as the navigator's compartment in the nose. Pavla has another set available with just the pilot's cockpit should you want to build your PR.9 closed up, but if you do want to open up the navigator's compartment, a new detailed nose cone is provided so you can pose both cockpits open. The image above shows the new two-place cockpit tub, ejection seats, pilot's instrument panel, navigator's instrument panel (inside the nose cone) and a few small details to round out the set.
If you want to enhance your Airfix Canberra PR.9 kit, Pavla has the parts to get the job done!
