First Look

Eduard from the Czech Republic is easily the most prolific producer of aftermarket details. Period. Their series of photo-etched detail sets have brought additional fidelity to otherwise bland subjects, and have taken even the best-produced models and kicked them up a notch or two with details that cannot be produced with injection-molded plastic.

Spitfire Mk.XVI Fabric Seatbelts Set

Here is Eduard's pilot restraint set for their recent 1/48 Spitfire Mk.XVI kit. This set is color-printed and pre-cut fabric which replicates the standard flight crew restraints later Spitfire marks and is accompanied by a fret of photo-etched buckles that slide right into place. This set will provide some realistic posing options on your kit.

If you want to add some eye-catching realism in your Spitfire Mk.XVI cockpit without the work, this set is just what you're looking for!

My sincere thanks to Eduard for this review sample!
